I kept 156 weeks of my own delivery records.
The point wasn’t to build a spreadsheet everyone else had to copy. It was to figure out which numbers and observations were actually worth keeping.
The Financial Toolkit is the simplified version.
You don’t need to track every order.
Get The Free ToolkitYour App Shows the Payout. They Don't Build the Plan.
A delivery app can tell you what you earned today.
It doesn’t know what you’re working toward, how many days you actually have available, or what you may want to remember from the week.
That’s where the Toolkit comes in.
SET THE GOAL → BUILD THE WEEK → TRACK WHAT MATTERS → REVIEW WHAT HAPPENED
What's Inside
The Toolkit gives you simple tools to plan the week, keep useful records, and review what happened.
Goal Tracker
Start with something you’re working toward.
Enter the goal amount and choose a planning window of up to 24 weeks. The sheet turns that into a weekly planning number.
It also gives you an example weekly split and a separate place to set your own daily numbers based on the days you actually intend to drive.
Your goal. Your schedule. Your plan.
Weekly Goal Tracker
At the end of the week, enter two basic numbers:
- Total Earned for the Week
- Expenses
The sheet carries over your weekly target and calculates what’s left after expenses.
That gives you something concrete to compare with the plan you started with.
You don’t need to log every order.
Zone Tracker
Some of the most useful delivery information isn’t financial.
The Zone Tracker gives you somewhere to save the places and situations you don’t want to forget.
Record things like:
- Time of day
- Day of the week
- Street or location
- Delivery zone
- Your own 1–10 score
- Parking or other notes
You don’t need to log every zone you enter.
Use it when something is worth remembering.
Examples
Not sure what to enter?
The spreadsheet includes a completed Examples sheet so you can see how the Goal Tracker and Zone Tracker work before entering your own information.
Look at the example. Then make it yours.
2Â Tools. 1Â Simple Idea.
Plan The MoneyÂ
Use the Goal Tracker to turn a larger goal into weekly planning numbers based on your own timeframe and schedule.
Remember The Market
Use the Zone Tracker to keep notes on locations, times, parking, and other observations you may actually want later.
You may use one far more than the other.
That’s fine.
Use as much or as little of the Toolkit as helps you.
Get The Free ToolkitMultiple Apps. One Weekly Review.
Your apps show separate payouts.
The Toolkit gives you one place to step back and look at the week as a whole.
If one app was slow and another carried more of the week, your combined record gives you a clearer view than thinking about each app separately.
The Toolkit doesn’t replace your apps.
It gives you one place to review across them.

Keep enough information to give yourself something useful to look back on.
The goal isn’t more tracking. It’s less guessing.
