Food Delivery Pros provides educational content for delivery drivers and people interested in food delivery work.
We do not provide employment, delivery accounts, customer accounts, delivery territories, guaranteed work, guaranteed order access, or a business opportunity.
Our services may be based partly on the founder’s historical delivery experience, records, examples, and personal practices. Current platform rules, store rules, merchant rules, government rules, and applicable law control if they conflict with any course content.
No Earnings or Results Guarantee
Food Delivery Pros does not guarantee earnings, tips, order volume, acceptance rates, platform status, delivery access, time savings, profitability, or any other result.
Historical figures, screenshots, examples, and personal results reflect individual experience only. Hypotheticals and worked examples are for illustration and are not forecasts, typical results, or promises.
Your results depend on many factors, including your market, schedule, vehicle, operating costs, platform conditions, order availability, demand, traffic, experience, decisions, and applicable law.
No Legal, Tax, Financial, Employment, Insurance, Medical, or Safety Advice

Responsibility to Follow Current Rules
You are responsible for following:
- Delivery platform agreements, policies, safety procedures, and in-app instructions
- Store, merchant, restaurant, and retailer rules
- Local, state, and federal law
- Traffic, parking, alcohol, age-verification, tax, insurance, and other applicable requirements
Do not use any strategy, example, script, checklist, or method from Food Delivery Pros if it conflicts with law, platform rules, merchant rules, store rules, or safety requirements.
Eligibility
Food Delivery Pros is intended for adults 18 and older. By using our services or purchasing our products, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
Purchases and Digital Access
Prices are shown before purchase. Unless a product page says otherwise, purchases are one-time purchases for digital educational materials.
When you purchase a course or digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal educational use.
You do not own the course content, frameworks, systems, text, graphics, downloads, videos, templates, or other intellectual property.
Access may be delivered through Kajabi or another service provider. Outages, maintenance, service interruptions, or third-party platform changes may affect access.
Updates to the purchased course version are included while that version remains supported.
A purchase does not automatically include future standalone products, major new editions, new bundles, or separately sold programs.
If a course is permanently discontinued or online access can no longer be provided, Food Delivery Pros will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and an opportunity to download available materials before access ends.
Downloaded materials remain licensed for personal use only. They may not be shared, reproduced for distribution, resold, published, or redistributed.
Access may be revoked for sharing credentials, redistributing materials, reselling content, fraud, or material violations of these Terms.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Digital Access Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Intellectual Property
Food Delivery Pros owns or licenses the content made available through its website, courses, products, emails, downloads, and services. This includes course materials, frameworks, systems, written content, graphics, videos, downloads, templates, designs, and related intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, upload, sell, sublicense, distribute, share, scrape, commercially exploit, create commercial derivative products from, or otherwise misuse our content.
You may not share login credentials or provide course access to anyone else.
Permission to download or print materials for personal use does not allow redistribution, resale, publication, or sharing.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Food Delivery Pros for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with website, checkout, or course functionality
- Bypass access controls or security measures
- Share login credentials
- Impersonate another person
- Submit false payment, account, or contact information
- Misrepresent any affiliation with Food Delivery Pros
- Copy, resell, redistribute, or exploit Food Delivery Pros content
- Use our services in a way that violates law, platform rules, merchant rules, or safety requirements

Food Delivery Pros is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Uber, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Instacart, Shipt, Walmart Spark, Amazon Flex, Grubhub, restaurants, retailers, delivery platforms, or other businesses mentioned unless expressly stated.
Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Our website, courses, emails, or resources may mention or link to third-party websites, software, apps, payment systems, platforms, or services. Those third parties are governed by their own terms, policies, and practices. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Testimonials and Reviews
Testimonials and reviews reflect individual opinions and experiences. They are not guarantees that you will have the same or similar results.
Do not submit fake reviews or testimonials. Your customer rights are not conditioned on providing a positive review.

Food Delivery Pros is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not warrant that our services will produce any particular result, be uninterrupted, be error-free, or always reflect the most current third-party platform information.
