Affiliate & Endorsement Disclosure

Effective Date: September 16, 2026
Last Updated: September 16, 2026

Food Delivery Pros believes readers should understand when a financial, business, personal, or other material relationship may affect a recommendation or endorsement.

Current Affiliate Relationships

Food Delivery Pros does not currently rely on affiliate links as part of its regular content. We may use affiliate links or enter into compensated relationships in the future. If that changes, this disclosure will be updated as appropriate.

Future Affiliate Links

If Food Delivery Pros uses an affiliate link, we may receive a commission or other benefit if you purchase through that link. When applicable, that relationship will be disclosed clearly near the relevant recommendation or link.

For example:

“I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link, at no additional cost to you.”

A general disclosure page does not replace a clear disclosure near a compensated recommendation. FTC guidance specifically says affiliate relationships should be disclosed clearly and conspicuously, and that placing the disclosure close to the recommendation is preferable.

Other Material Relationships

Material relationships can include:

  • commissions;
  • sponsorship payments;
  • free products or services;
  • discounts;
  • gifts;
  • business relationships;
  • employment relationships;
  • family or personal relationships; or
  • other benefits that could affect how a reasonable consumer evaluates a recommendation.

Where such a relationship is relevant and would not otherwise be obvious, Food Delivery Pros will disclose it.

Genuine Opinions

Any recommendation or endorsement should reflect genuine opinions or experiences. Compensation does not guarantee a positive recommendation. We will not knowingly make claims about a third-party product or service that we do not have a reasonable basis to make.

Testimonials and Reviews

Food Delivery Pros does not knowingly use fake testimonials or reviews. If a testimonial, review, or endorsement involves compensation, an incentive, a free product or service, an employee, a family member, or another material relationship that consumers would not reasonably expect, that relationship should be disclosed.

Food Delivery Pros will not condition an incentive on someone providing a positive review.

Testimonials describe the experience of the person providing them and do not guarantee that another customer will achieve the same result.

The FTC requires unexpected material connections between advertisers and endorsers to be clearly disclosed.

Third-Party Products and Services

A recommendation or reference to a third-party product or business does not necessarily mean that Food Delivery Pros has an affiliate, sponsorship, or other compensated relationship with that business.

Food Delivery Pros does not control third-party products, pricing, availability, warranties, customer service, or policies.
