What this is. Food Delivery Pros provides educational content for independent delivery drivers. By using this site or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms.
Educational purpose only. All content is educational and based on documented personal experience. Nothing here is a guarantee of earnings, performance, or results. Nothing here is financial, tax, legal, or employment advice.
No employment relationship. Purchasing a course does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. You remain an independent contractor of whatever platforms you work with.
Not affiliated with any platform. Food Delivery Pros is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, Instacart, Shipt, Walmart Spark, or any other delivery platform. Platform names are used descriptively only.
Your account and access. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the purchased course while Food Delivery Pros continues to offer and support that course through its course platform, subject to these Terms.
Updates made to your purchased course version while that version remains supported are included. Your purchase does not automatically include future standalone products, major new editions, new bundles, or separately sold programs.
If Food Delivery Pros permanently discontinues a purchased course or can no longer provide online access, we will make reasonable efforts to provide affected customers with advance notice and an opportunity to download course materials that we are able to make available for their continued personal use before access ends.
Downloaded materials remain subject to these Terms and are licensed for the purchaserā€™s personal use only. They may not be shared, reproduced for distribution, resold, published, or otherwise redistributed.
Accounts are for one person. Sharing login credentials, redistributing materials, reselling content, committing fraud, or otherwise materially violating these Terms may result in access being revoked.
Intellectual property. All course content, worksheets, maps, trackers, frameworks, and materials are the property of Food Delivery Pros and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own delivery work. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from them.
Platform and market changes. Delivery platforms change their features, policies, pay structures, and requirements regularly. Local regulations change too. Course content reflects conditions at the time of writing.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Food Delivery Pros is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its content. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes. We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
