THE THREE GAPS

Three places a delivery shift can go off track

They accept orders without a plan.

A high payout doesn’t always mean a good order. Distance, traffic, the restaurant, where it takes you, and what you’ll miss by accepting it all matter — and you have a limited window to decide.

They’re reacting instead of planning ahead.

Delivery activity changes throughout the day. Learning the timing patterns in your market gives you a way to think about where you want to be before a stronger period starts, instead of reacting after it does.

They’re relying on memory instead of a record.

Shopping efficiency, store selection, mileage, and weekly planning each give you something concrete to review instead of guessing about what worked.

BUILT FROM REAL EXPERIENCE

The systems inside Food Delivery Pros were built from real deliveries, notes, records, and years on the road in Los Angeles. I also logged more than 150 weeks of my own delivery activity, so I could compare patterns over time instead of relying only on memory.

ABOUT

I drove this city for four years.

These courses weren’t built from a weekend experiment or a handful of good screenshots. They’re built from nearly 4 years on the road, more than 10,000 completed deliveries, and thousands of real decisions made across Los Angeles — restaurant and grocery, alcohol, pharmacy, catering, multi-stop. The delivery systems I teach were developed from real deliveries, real records, and real mistakes. After years of trial and error, I realized many of the lessons I’d learned the hard way could be organized into something other drivers could actually follow. These are the courses I wish someone had handed me on day one.
